carbonate ester
HANKANG has been focusing on the production and sales of VC and FEC for more than 20 years. The newly invested Jiangsu HANKANG Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. adopts a new generation of automated, continuous distillation and melt crystallisation combination process to efficiently produce extremely high purity VC and FEC, and continues to provide customers with high quality products and services. The company develops, produces and sells other carbonate additives: vinyl ester ethylene carbonate (VEC), ethylene bicarbonate (EBC) and difluorinated ethylene carbonate (DFEC), which have been delivered to customers in bulk. The company plans to continue to develop new carbonate additives and provide customised services to customers.
sulfate ester
HanKang has rich experience in the research and development and production of sulfate additives, including DTD, TDT, etc. DTD adopts the latest continuous and automated production process to achieve high purity and low aqueous acid solid products, and also produces carbonate solution products of DTD, which is convenient for the electrolyte customers to configure and use.
phosphoric acid ester
HANKANG has developed TPP, TMSP and other products based on phosphate ester structure, TPP is an additive with independent intellectual property rights and unique performance, a small amount of which can significantly improve the high temperature cycling performance of high voltage ternary batteries.
Lithium salts
Through continuous R&D and innovation, HANKANG continuously enriches the additives category of the company, and successfully develops the preparation process of lithium salt series additives, forming the products of lithium tetrafluoroborate, lithium difluoroborate, lithium difluorodioxalate phosphate, lithium difluorophosphate, and so on, to provide electrolyte customers with more complete products and services.
nitrile
Based on the excellent performance of cyanide in inhibiting the dissolution of metal ions, HANKANG has developed DENE and glycerol trinitrile. Aiming at the characteristics of high boiling point of nitrile additives, a more optimized purification process has been designed, which effectively improves lithiation indexes such as chromaticity and main content, and improves the stability of product quality.
