Job Description:

1. Participate in business negotiations for overseas projects and other key company projects;
2. Communicate with internal departments on key legal and commercial terms related to contracts and provide professional advice and negotiation ideas on complex contract terms;
3. Responsible for negotiating letters of intent and contract terms based on principles confirmed with various departments within the company;
4. Participate in the development of standard processes for contract performance management.

Qualifications for the post:

1.Extensive experience in foreign contract negotiation, contract management, commercial project management or equivalent;
2. Overseas study or work, project experience. Overseas purchasing or sales experience in the oil and gas industry (EPCM projects), chemical or automotive industry;
3. Skilled business negotiation skills, strong teamwork ability and stress resistance;
4. Able to accept frequent travelling, including overseas travel.
